No, really what am I thinking? As I decide to begin my journey into the blogging world (well writing a blog)my plate must look like a hoarders kitchen to others. Our fifth baby (and first boy) is just two months old. Our homeschooling year is just beginning, and most of our supplies are in storage. STORAGE? Yep, you guessed it. We are in the middle of a move over here in the Anderson house. Not my choice of timing, but what are ya gonna do? God has perfect timing, and this move is definitely for HIS greater plan. The house we are renting has become.....let's just say less than desirable health wise, and we'll leave it at that. Our new rental home should be ready for us to move in September 1st. Until then we have just the bare necessities in this house and the rest in storage awaiting the day.
With all of that, I still decided a blog would be an adventure I would like to set sail on. My main thought was to keep a record of our antics for when my memory fails us. Also to entertain.....er..uh.. I mean enlighten and encourage other ladies in their journey of motherhood. Now this ins not meant to be only for mothers, but they will be the most amused I am sure! I would like my own "little" project. Another "baby" you might say. I have zero experience in blogging (fell free to comment with suggestions for improvement), and probably minimal experience in everything else I plan to write about.
Now, that being said, back to my original question...."What am I thinking?" I am thinking this is a time of many new things for my family and me. I have been wanting to do this for a while and now is as good a time as any to jump on in and learn something new. Won't you join me? The water is fine!!!!!
